has to reach us 30 days before your arrival date in BANDOL,

A guarantee of 300 € will be required once you arrive and will
be
paid back to you when you leave, after having checked the state of the
apartment.
A fixed amount for the housekeeping of 35 € will be asked to
you
if you don't leave the apartment in good state.
A tax ("Taxe de Sejour"), due to the town SANARY S/MER, will be
required when you leave.
Water is free.
Animals are NOT
permitted.
The apartments
are for a maximum of 4 persons
Sheets and household linen non provided unless otherwise agreed.
Electricity : a weekly consumption of 50KW (or a daily 7 KW) is
included in the weekly rent. Beyond, you will be charged an extra 0.10
euro per KW

CANCELLATION
FEES:
If you cancel more than 60 days before the beginning of your stay : you
will be charged a flat fee of 45 euros
If you cancel between 30 days and 60 days before the beginning of your
stay : you will be charged 30% of the total amount.
If you cancel between 8 days and 30 days before the beginning of your
stay : you will be charged 50% of the total amount.
If you cancel less than 8 days before the beginning of your stay : you
will be charged 100% of the total amount.
Whatever
the causes the of your cancellation and whoever the responsabilities
(strikes, weather, accident, unemployment, etc ...), the cancellation
fees are due in total.
