We offer a selection of 12 flats nestled in the heart of a pine forest, providing a peaceful and enchanting setting. Each flat features a terrace or a terrace with a private garden, perfect for enjoying moments of outdoor relaxation.\u00a0<\/p>

For groups or large families, some flats are interconnected via their terraces, allowing greater conviviality while maintaining everyone\u2019s privacy. All accommodations boast stunning sea views, adding a touch of magic to your stay. Flats n\u00b01 and n\u00b02 are located on the same level as the swimming pool, ensuring easy and quick access.<\/p>

A shaded and secure parking space is available for one car per flat, ensuring comfort and peace of mind throughout your stay. Just 50 metres away, you will find a fine sandy beach, accessible via a small, secure pedestrian tunnel with a digital code (no road to cross) \u2013 a particularly convenient feature for families with children. The heated swimming pool, maintained at a temperature of approximatively 25\u00b0C, is open from 1st April to 1st November, allowing enjoyable swims whatever the season. Sun loungers are available around the pool, offering the perfect opportunity to unwind in this exceptional setting. For those who enjoy outdoor walks, Bandol is less than a kilometre away, approximately a 15-minute stroll.<\/p>

The living area is equipped with a Tessali sofa bed<\/b>, designed for maximum comfort. It can be configured either as two independent 80 cm single beds or as a large 160 cm double bed. For your convenience, the beds are made upon arrival<\/span>. You will also find additional storage with a wardrobe, a smart TV, and furniture suitable for four people<\/b>.<\/p>

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave with grill function, electric kettle, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, toaster<\/b>, and, upon request, a plancha<\/b>. Tableware is provided for six people<\/b><\/span>, <\/span>ensuring maximum convenience.<\/p>
